Thank you for choosing Spree. We believe in delighting you with fresh, beautiful floral designs delivered with care. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. Placing an order means you agree to them.
General Principles
All arrangements are subject to availability. If a specific flower or filler is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the design. For single-flower arrangements such as all roses or all orchids, we will always attempt a close match before substituting.
Flowers are perishable in nature. Once they are delivered in good condition, returns or refunds cannot be offered for normal aging or natural flower behaviour.
We aim to offer same-day delivery on most orders. Orders placed after our same-day cutoff time may be delivered the next working day.
Images shown on our website represent the style and colour mood of the arrangement. Variations may occur based on seasonal availability and the natural shape of individual stems.
Placing Orders, Cancellations & Changes

Order placement
Orders placed before 5:00 pm IST are usually eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next working day.
Cancelling an order
Orders may be cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. Cancellations after this window are at our discretion
Changing an order (address, message, bouquet type, etc.)
You may request changes up to 24 working hours before the delivery date as long as the order has not already been processed or dispatched.
Peak days and special events
During peak periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, major festivals, and other high-volume occasions, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Time-specific delivery requests also cannot be accommodated on these days.
Delivery
Deliveries typically take place between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM. We cannot commit to precise time slots, although we do our best to accommodate preferences.
Correct recipient details (name, address, mobile number) are required.
If the recipient cannot be reached or details are incorrect or incomplete, our delivery team will attempt delivery by leaving the flowers with a neighbour, building security, or in a safe, shaded spot at the doorstep. Once the flowers are left in a secure location, the delivery will be considered completed.
For deliveries to offices, hotels, or hospitals, please ensure all relevant information is provided such as company name, department, floor, room number, or reception details. We are not responsible for locating recipients if key details are missing.
If the address needs correction or if a second delivery attempt is required, an additional charge of ₹500 will apply.
Remote or distant locations may have additional delivery charges.
If delivery is not possible due to events beyond our control (weather, traffic restrictions, disruptions, emergencies), we will attempt delivery on the next available day.
Quality, Substitutions and Damages
We use the freshest seasonal flowers available. Some flowers may arrive in bud or semi-bloom stages to ensure they last longer after delivery.
If the exact flowers shown cannot be used, we will replace them with stems of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall design and aesthetics.
If the wrong product is delivered, the original product must be returned so we can arrange a replacement.
For any concerns regarding quality or damage, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.
Spree is not responsible for product issues arising from improper handling, exposure to heat, or lack of care after the product has been delivered.
Refunds and Returns
Flowers are non-refundable once delivered in good condition.
Refunds or redeliveries will only be provided if there is a clear and verified quality issue or delivery error from our side.
All complaints about perishable items must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, supported with photos.Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original mode of payment unless agreed otherwise.
Offers, Discounts and Promotions
Promo codes and offers are valid only during the stated period and cannot be applied to previous orders.
Unless explicitly stated, offers apply only to single bouquets, not to subscriptions or bundled products.
Only one promo code may be used per order.
Peak-day deliveries may be excluded from discounts due to limited supply.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect your name, address, email, and mobile number to process and deliver your order and communicate updates.
Your data is never sold or rented. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
If you provide recipient information, you are responsible for ensuring its accuracy.
Force Majeure and Delays Beyond Our Control
Spree is not liable for delays or order failures caused by events outside our reasonable control such as natural disasters, extreme weather, transport disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or supplier issues.
In such situations, we will inform you as soon as possible regarding expected delays or changes.
Liability and Dispute Resolution
Our liability is limited to replacing the product, providing a similar item, or refunding the purchase price where appropriate.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India. Courts in Mumbai will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions
These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Any updates will be posted on our website and will come into effect five hours after posting. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
