Shipping and Delivery Policy
Where We Deliver
Spree currently delivers only within Mumbai through our in-house delivery team. This helps us maintain the quality, freshness, and presentation of every order.
For corporate gifting, decor for events, hotel décor, or bulk orders outside Mumbai, please write to us at order@spreefloraldesign.com so we can assist you.
Delivery Charges
- We offer free delivery for addresses between Cuffe Parade and Andheri.
- Delivery fees vary by Mumbai location and are shown at checkout.
- Remote or less accessible areas may have an additional fee.
- If a second delivery attempt is required due to a wrong address or an unavailable recipient, an additional ₹500 fee will apply.
Spree does not offer Cash on Delivery.
Delivery Timings
- Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM IST are usually eligible for same-day delivery.
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST are delivered the next working day.
- Time-specific deliveries cannot be guaranteed, especially during busy periods like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and major festivals.
If the Recipient Is Unavailable
If our team cannot reach the recipient:
- We may leave the flowers with a neighbour, a security guard, or in a safe shaded spot.
- Once left safely, the order will be marked as delivered.
- Flowers are perishable, so each order includes one delivery attempt unless a reattempt is requested and paid for.
Seasonal Variations and Substitutions
All flowers are fresh and seasonal.
- The arrangement may vary slightly from photos shown.
- If a specific stem is unavailable, we will replace it with one of equal or greater value while keeping the style intact.
- Flowers may arrive in bud or semi-bloom to ensure they stay fresh longer.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Deliveries may be delayed due to weather, traffic restrictions, road closures, citywide emergencies, or other events beyond our control. If this happens, your order will be delivered at the earliest next available window.
For Office, Hotel or Hospital Deliveries
Please share complete details such as:
- Company or hotel name
- Department, floor, or room number
- Reception instructions
This helps avoid delays and ensures smooth delivery.
