Returns and Refunds Policy
At Spree, every arrangement is made to order with fresh, seasonal flowers Since flowers are perishable, we follow a clear and fair, returns and refund process.
Non-Returnable Items
All floral arrangements, bouquets, plants, and perishable goods are non-returnable once delivered in good condition.
If There Is an Issue With Your Order
We want you to love what you receive. If there is a clear problem with your order, we are here to help.
Please contact us within 24 hours if:
- The flowers arrived damaged
- The wrong product was delivered
- Something is missing from your order
To assist you quickly, kindly share clear photos of:
- The arrangement (full image)
- The damaged or incorrect item
- The outer packaging (if relevant)
We can only accept quality-related complaints within 24 hours of delivery because flowers age naturally and cannot be assessed accurately after that period.
Refund or Replacement Eligibility
A refund or replacement may be offered if:
- We delivered the wrong product
- A product was damaged on arrival
- We could not fulfill your order due to an issue on our end.
In case of a wrong product, the original item must be returned to us so we can process the replacement.
We are unable to refund or replace orders if:
- The incorrect address or contact details were provided
- The recipient was unavailable and the delivery was left safely
- Flowers were damaged due to handling after delivery
- The complaint was raised after 24 hours
- Normal flower ageing is mistaken for product damage
Substitutions
If a specific flower is unavailable, we may substitute it with one of equal or greater value while keeping the design intact.Substitution alone is not grounds for a refund unless the design is significantly different.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled at no charge up to 24 hours before delivery.
- Cancellations after this window are at our discretion.
- During peak days and festivals, cancellations may not be possible once the order is in processing.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
